for the first assignment i was decided to chose the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) library to critics about their system.



Advantages

1. This library provides main search interfaces known as OPAC.
2. offered online catalogue to the library user.
3. The system is available for UTM University students and also for the general public.
4. It has also provide the user with update events.
5. This system provide FAQs, so, the users can ask the question and get the answers.

Disadvantages

1. The interface of the system is not interesting and attractive .
2. The information is rarely update.
3. user cannot write and share comment to other users due to some problems they faced.
4. The system is not user friendly.
5. should increase more features in their link,so users can have many choice.
